We are partnering with the San Juan Unified School District's Family and Community Engagement Department to provide an after school tutoring program to help elementary students reach their full academic potential. Sometimes students only need a little one on one attention to get them back on track but private tutoring can be incredibly expensive. AboutKidz wants to help families by meeting this practical need.

Our tutors are adult volunteers from the community and local college bound high school students that have community service hour requirements for graduation. Our program is currently at Northridge Elementary School in Fair Oaks. Tutoring for the 2021-2022 school year will be held right after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays for two hours each day.
